Service Description

  • This service allows citizens and visitors to perform radiation scan of all types.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • A request for radiation scan from the treating doctor is required.

Required Documents

  • Form for requesting the required radiation scan from the treating doctor
  • Civil ID
  • Fees payment poof document

Procedures

When the treating doctor requests radiation scan and defines the type of scan based on the health condition, visit the defined Radiations Section of the government hospital and submit the required documents to set a date for scan
Pay the fees due at the Accounting Division of the government hospital. Then, on the scheduled date visit the Radiations Section to perform the radiation scan and follow the required instructions
