Service Description

  • This service allows Kuwaiti citizens to issue learner's private driving license,‎ pursuant ‎to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must be a Kuwaiti citizen who reached (18) years old

Required Documents

  • Blood type certificate
  • Civil ID and a copy
  • Copy of passport
  • Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background

Procedures

Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
Fill the service application form
Have the medical check-up.
Pay the fees due
