Applying for document of title issuance

Service Description

  • This service allows the applicant to obtain an approval for a document of title issuance

Eligibility or Criteria

  • For a parcel, the document of title approval is issued after 5 years if mortgaged to the Saving and Credit Bank, or 2 years, if payment was made
  • For apartments and houses, the approval is issued after 2 years if payment was made

Required Documents

  • Copy of civil IDs of the husband and wife
  • Nationality certificate of wife
  • Birth certificates of children
  • If it is a parcel, a document stating a connection of the electric current is required along with above
  • : For orphans
  • Civil ID of widow
  • Copy of the nationality certificate
  • Copy of the determination of heirs
  • To Whom It May Concern certificate from Saving and Credit Bank
  • for the applicants :Orphans and Widows
  • In case of minors, a letter from Public Authority for Minors Affairs or court judgment on the guardianship will be required as well as the presence of the guardian


The applicant goes to the Documentation Section at PAHW, and signs a document title issuance application form
The applicant receives a dated card after a month, and then receives letters from the General Registration at PAHW. Later, the procedures are completed at the Municipality and Ministry of Justice
